Job Descriptions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from screening, search, scheduling interviewing, and getting candidates on-board.
- Execute comprehensive short-term strategies in branding and sourcing
- Maintain the recruitment reports
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration,General Management
- At least 2 years experience in talent acquisition with background handling mass recruitment
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proactive mindset and ability to manage stakeholders.
