• Aggressively pursue and secure new business opportunities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. • Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals using phone calls, emails, and available social media platforms. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional cooperation, delivering high-quality service. • Build strong client relationships to maximize account performance and growth, reduce attrition rates, and minimize opportunities for competitors to gain business. • Execute sales activities to achieve target budgets and maximize growth within the existing customer base.

Qualifications

Open to fresh graduates with a passion for sales; 1-2 years of telesales experience is a plus but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset, with a passion for selling and effective phone communication.
Knowledge and experience in the logistics or postal industry, particularly in selling Express, EMS, and courier services, is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office.
