Duties:
- Able to advise employers on HR management and propose policies and benefits that serve the best interests of both the company and employees.
- Able to maintain a fair balance between the company and its employees.
- Develop systems to ensure the company’s stability
- Provides guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Assign tasks within team members.
- Participate in job interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Allocate and manage staff uniforms
- Monitor absences, leave, and late arrivals
- Answer employee inquiries and provide necessary support
- Receive and address employee complaints
- Approve employee documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, leave forms, and certificates; and make company documents such as announcements and regulations
- Keep updated on labor laws, employee benefits, and company welfare news (e.g., special holidays, minimum wage adjustments)
- Submit documents to relevant government offices (e.g., Social
- Security Office, Revenue Department, Department of Labor Protection and Welfare)
- Process tax submissions, social security contributions, insurance claims, salary garnishments, student loan (GOV/GRF) deductions
- Perform other duties as assigned
