รายละเอียดงาน
1. จัดการกระบวนการสั่งซื้ออย่างแม่นยำ
2. ติดตามอีเมล์จากซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้า และความต้องการงานประจำวันจากภายในและภายนอก
3. ให้ความช่วยเหลือทีมขายและสนับสนุนทีมขายในทุกกระบวนการ
4. จัดการงานเอกสารต่างๆ เช่น ใบเสนอราคา และเอกสารอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องให้กับลูกค้า
5. สนับสนุนทีมงานให้การดำเนินงานราบรื่น
6. จัดทำและจัดทำรายงานที่จำเป็นโดยทีมขาย
7. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ชายหรือหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 25-35 ปี.
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี คณะอักษรศาสตร์ ศิลปศาสตร์ มนุษยศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการเขียน พูด ฟัง อ่าน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Sales Coordinator และ Purchasing อย่างน้อย 1-5 ป
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Ms outlook และ Ms Dynamic AX
- บุคลิกภาพดี/ มีใจบริการ
- ทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ (ทำงานเสาร์ที่ 1 และ 3 ของเดือน)
