Job Descriptions
1.Design, optimize, and implement process flows for optical communication products.
2.Conduct research, debugging, acceptance testing, and regular maintenance of production-related equipment.
3.Lead trial production of new products; collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to transition from pilot runs to mass production.
4.Evaluate and validate new materials and production fixtures.
5.Develop and maintain product validation plans and technical documentation related to process engineering.
6.Analyze process issues and implement improvement plans to enhance yield and production efficiency.
7.Collaborate with the quality team to analyze failures and non-conformities, and continuously optimize processes to improve product quality.
8.Work closely with the production department to provide theoretical and hands-on training for new employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Optoelectronics, Applied Physics, Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with over 2 years of relevant experience or experience in automation assembly line setup will be given preference.
- Strong hands-on skills, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
- A strong sense of responsibility and team spirit; able to adapt to periods of overtime when necessary.
- Good communication and reading skills in English; Chinese speaking candidates are preferred.
