Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
- Plan and promote the implementation of creative Suggestion in the company.
- Improve the effectiveness and authenticity of proposal work and on-site implementation.
- Collect and review monthly improvement proposals.
- Monthly Improvement Proposal Summary.
- Organizational improvement proposal training.
- Go to the site to spot check improvement proposals.
- Decompose production efficiency goals and promote the workshop to carry out production efficiency statistics, analysis, and improvement work.
- Production efficiency data statistics and analysis, monthly feedback the results to manufacturing center.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree major Industrial Engineering or related fields
- At least 2 years experience in Manufacturing.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing System.
- Knowledge in audit ISO9001:2015, IATF16949, etc.
- Good attitude, Problem solving, Flexible, Teamwork and Able to work under high pressure.
- Good command in English or Chinese would be advantage.
