Job Descriptions
• Ensuring that the organization complies with all
relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct regular audits of HR policies, procedures, and
practices to ensure compliance laws and regulations.
• Developing and implementing compliance programs
• Providing training to employees, and staying up-to-date
on changes in laws and regulations
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management as
required
• Support on payroll activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 3-4 years of experiences in HR Compliance from manufacturing business
- Able to do payroll as well
- Fair command in English
- Experiences in public company limited or company that soon to be registered to listed company
- Experiences in Apparel/garment business
