Job Descriptions
• Ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. • Conduct regular audits of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance laws and regulations. • Developing and implementing compliance programs • Providing training to employees, and staying up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations • Prepare and submit compliance reports to management as required • Support on payroll activities
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher
  2. At least 3-4 years of experiences in HR Compliance from manufacturing business
  3. Able to do payroll as well
  4. Fair command in English
  5. Experiences in public company limited or company that soon to be registered to listed company
  6. Experiences in Apparel/garment business
