Job Description:
* Gathering and analyze customer requirements.
* Provide a suitable alternative to the developed system for customers. As a customer consultant In Systems Design.
* Supervise the work of the development team. To produce the right product. Meets design and meet the time.
* Work closely with the Business User to ensure that the project is in line with the customer's Business Needs.
* Coordinate with Project Manager to achieve smooth collaboration, good service and customer satisfaction.
* Documentation related to the design of systems such as Requirement Spec, Data Dictionary, DFD, ERD, UML, Program Checklist, Program Flow, Application Specification etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Project Manager, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis roles.
- Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; adept at clearly conveying technical concepts and business requirements.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure ).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate in cross-functional teams, managing priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments.
