Job Descriptions
•Provide business reviews and analysis on the performance of the current company and subsidiaries’ portfolio. •Overseeing all prospects of finance activities. •Preparing quarterly financial reports and others as required. •Oversee, supervise, review, and develop SET reports such as One report, THSI, and others correctly, meet deadlines, and efficiently. •Prepare financial materials for Investor relations, including executive road shows, quarterly analyst meeting. •Control of all IR activities, including the company website. (IR part) •Gathering and following up on the research of analysts •Liaising as a critical point of contact for investors, analysts, and shareholders and being able to give information and answer questions
Qualifications
  1. 7+ years of experience in investor relations or related (from corporate finance or investment banking are acceptable).
  2. 2+ years of experience as a manager.
  3. Solid knowledge in finance and accounting area.
  4. Strong analytical skills and financial modeling skills.
  5. Knowledge of SET and SEC regulations.
  6. Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
