Job Descriptions
1.Follow up new and change of relevant laws and regulations issued by AMLO, BOT, FBA, NCB, NACC or other, analyze the impact to the company, and gather other applicable laws and regulations movement which other Department and Office are in charge.
2.Provide counsel function to other Department and Office through CO Comment and Compliance Due Diligence accurately and timely.
3.Communicate with Regulator and Industry Organization to clear issues arisen from relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Laws, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field.
- Age 25 Years up
- Thai nationality only.
- Experience: 3 years up of experience in Compliance, Laws, Internal Audit or Internal Control.
- Having experience on Personal Loan Business or Financial Service Business will be advantaged consideration
- Having knowledge of Compliance, industry laws and financial business operations.
- Proficient in operation Microsoft Office and Internet.
