Job Descriptions

1.To Manage overall HR&AD Functions, Recruitment & Training, compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Social Security and Safety 2. Planning and controlling the budget management within the department 3. Prepare and manage the appraisal system and performance management, including target setting, evaluation, promotion and annual salary increment. 4. Government related company certificates application and maintenance; 5. Company rules and policy making and announcements. 6. Any other jobs received from General manager. 7. Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations. 8. Other work as assigned

Qualifications

Age between 28 - 35 years old
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, law or related field required
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR&AD filed.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Experience in BOI/ VISA/ Work Permit, etc. for foreign workers.
Good knowledge in system ISO14001, ISO9001, IATF16949 Ete.
Able to work well under pressure
