Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:
1.Develop and design creative assets for both digital and offline media that align with the brand position and guidelines, including but not limited to: social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, exhibition booths, reports, presentations, advertisements and other marketing materials.
2.Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all design materials adhere to the brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and strengthening brand recognition.
3.Collaborate closely with the marketing/product managers to understand design needs, project objectives, and target audiences for various communications initiatives.
4.Create visual content that effectively communicates the company's message, values, and goals while maintaining a professional and engaging aesthetic.
5.Conceptualize and present design ideas, mockups, and prototypes to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and ensuring that the final designs meet the desired objectives.
6.Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and advancements in corporate communications to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design materials.
7.Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring they are comprehensive, up-to-date, and accessible to all relevant teams and departments.
8.Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the production of high-quality materials that align with brand standards.
9.Review and approve design materials created by other teams or departments to ensure they are on-brand and meet design standards.
10.Conduct regular audits of marketing and communication materials to identify any inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.
