- Responsible for the overall & various operations, supervision, planning, control and coordination of Food and Beverage Service - Handle all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day - Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staffs under their supervision as per company's policy - Motivate team to achieve the goal and build good attitude and professional atmosphere in a workplace. - Organizes inventory of all equipment and facilities and also ensures that they are maintained in excellent condition - Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement to ensure that services meet customer specifications - Coordinate with marketing department to implement marketing campaign and new products to meet brand's objectives

Qualifications

At least 1 years experience in a Restaurant manager role
Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
Passion for leadership and teamwork Flexibility, imaginative, business minded, hardworking and
Attention to detail
Experience budgeting and forecasting
**Good command in English skill ***
Able to work under pressure and flexible time.
