มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเกี่ยวกับงานด้าน New Model, Production Engineer ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ งานฉีดพลาสติก มากกว่า 5 ขึ้นไป
สามารถใช้โปรแกรม CAD ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรม
มีภาวะผู้นำ และการตัดสินใจ
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
