Job Descriptions
- ควบคุมและติดตามแผนป้องกันบำรุงรักษา - ประสานงานกับร้านสาขาและฝ่ายปฏิบัติการเพื่อให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน - ร่วมมือกับผู้ให้บริการภายนอกในการแก้ไขปัญหาหรือซ่อมอุปกรณ์ที่ร้านสาขาและจัดทำใบแจ้งงาน - รายงานและแจ้งผลให้ร้านสาขาและฝ่ายปฏิบัติการทราบอย่างใกล้ชิดและตรงเวลา - ปิดงานและเปลี่ยนสถานะในระบบ Technical Service เมื่องานเสร็จ - สรุปรายงานแจ้งซ่อมและเปรียบเทียบผลกับ FMD KPI’s - ตรวจสอบการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ทำอาหาร HVAC และระบบ M&E - ตรวจรับงานสร้างใหม่และปรับปรุง - จัดอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ให้กับร้านสาขาและฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา (วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือ การจัดการการก่อสร้าง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  2. มีประสบการณ์ตั้งแต่ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป (ยินดีรับพิจารณา นักศึกษาจบใหม่)
  3. มีทักษะการสื่อสารดี
  4. สามารถทำงานในวันหยุดได้(ครั้งคราว)
  5. มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและสามารถเดินทางภายในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลได้
  6. มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับดี
  7. สามารถเป็นวิทยากรฝึกอบรมให้พนักงานได้
