Job Descriptions

1.) Perform purchasing function with oversea suppliers 2.) Coordinate with suppliers, replenishment team, buyers to carry on the purchasing order from PI process to receiving goods 3.) Negotiate price and other conditions concerning purchasing order with suppliers 4.) Gather, modify and check all artworks for purchasing orders 5.) Coordinate with team to solve ad-hoc problems or situation concerning products in responsible S_dept 1.) ทำหน้าที่จัดซื้อกับซัพพลายเออร์ต่างประเทศ 2.) ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์ ทีมเติมสินค้า ผู้ซื้อ เพื่อดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อจากกระบวนการ PI ไปจนถึงการรับสินค้า 3.) เจรจาราคาและเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ เกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อกับซัพพลายเออร์ 4.) รวบรวม ดัดแปลง และตรวจสอบอาร์ตเวิร์คทั้งหมดเพื่อสั่งซื้อ 5.) ประสานงานกับทีมงานเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าหรือสถานการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ในแผนกที่รับผิดชอบ
