Job Descriptions

Assist in researching and identifying potential suppliers. Gather basic information about suppliers' capabilities and products/services. Assist in the preparation of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Verify order details, quantities, and delivery schedules. Provide support to senior purchasing staff during price and contract negotiations. Help maintain clear and organized negotiation records. Assist in monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Participate in basic inventory control measures. Assist in maintaining procurement records, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence. Help generate basic reports on procurement activities. Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure purchased products meet required standards. Assist in addressing quality issues with suppliers under guidance.
