Job Descriptions

1) Design the production process 2) Develop and improve production processes to ensure efficiency. (Effectiveness) and is stable. (Consistency) 3) Analyze and find the causes of problems in the production process and propose solutions and implement them into reality. 4) Establish standard work for the production of CP, CPK, FMEA, QA Network 5) Design experiments to find appropriate settings for machines in order to modify or improve the production process. 6) Consider parameters in the case of new products or new raw materials together with R&D and Technical Development. 7) Provide training to employees and monitor their performance in the production process. To maintain standard operations at all times and ensure stability of the process.

Qualifications

Male / Female, age 28-36 years.
Graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher in the field of industrial engineering. or related fields
Have experience working in the production line of an industrial factory or have basic knowledge of MC CNC Turning 3-5 years
Can read/write Drawing, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Solid Edge
Have the ability to think analytically in a systematic way
Have knowledge in CP, CPK, FMEA, QA Network.
Having experience in Automotive production will be given special consideration.
Have knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / KAIZEN systems
Analyze machine problems and be able to solve them.
Can communicate in English
