Job Descriptions
รับผิดชอบในการเตรียมอาหารและทำอาหาร ปรุงอาหารตามสูตร ดูแลวัตถุดิบและการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ช่วยเชฟ รวมไปถึงคิดสูตรทำอาหารและการคิดรายการอาหาร รวมทั้งการจัดการในครัวให้สะอาดเรียบร้อยถูกสุขลักษณะ
1.ควบคุม Stock วัตถุดิบในครัวพร้อมทั้งจัดทำรายงาน Stock พร้อมทั้งออกออร์เดอร์เพื่อจะส่งให้กับผู้เกี่ยวข้องออก PR นำเสนอผู้บริหารต่อไป
2.ประกอบอาหารตามสูตรของร้าน หรือที่เชฟคิดค้นไว้
3.ดูแลวัตถุดิบ และอาหารที่จัดเตรียมให้สะอาดถูกหลักอนามัย ปลอดภัยต่อลูกค้า
4.ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- การศึกษา ระดับมัธยมศึกษาขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์งานด้านอาหาร 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
