Job Descriptions
- จัดเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลด้านทรัพย์สินทุกประเภท (อาคารสำนักงาน, เครื่องใช้ในสำนักงาน เป็นต้น) รวมถึงดูแลทรัพย์สินต่างๆ ของบริษัท
- ประสานดำเนินการจัดทำเอกสาร อาทิ อนุมัติค่าใช้จ่าย งบประมาณ ร่างสัญญาและเอกสารประกอบสัญญา งานประกันภัยอาคาร ภาษีโรงเรือนและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง ภาษีป้าย ใบอนุญาต และหนังสือสำคัญที่ราชการออกให้
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการต่างๆ
Qualifications
- ป.ตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในด้านทรัพย์สิน, ธุรการ, อาคาร ไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ปี
