Job Descriptions

1.Control and monitor the performance of In house collector team. 2.Closely monitoring to number of call and promise kept on payment and also monitor the result day by day. 3.Provide training material and train to In house. 4.Propose the solution to manager to have a good collection ratio. 5.Coordinate with concern parties e.g. branch, legal team. 6.Team player and problem solving skills. 7.Other tasks as assigned by the assign.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in any filed.
Possess between minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in Asset Management / Call center / Telesales from finance industry.
A team player, well organized and result oriented.
Familiar with G-suite skills (Google Sheets, Google Docs) or Microsoft Office skills.
Strong leadership and motivation skill.
Good communication, Personality, Logical Thinking, Enthusiasm, and interpersonal skill.
