Job Descriptions
1.Handle the manpower materials, machines to be sufficient for the PCB production process.
2.Planning, production, control quality meets the goals set by the company and get quality and deliver on time.
3.Analytical thinking to increase productivity and reduce production costs.
4.Improve production process efficiency and reduce the amount of waste.
5.Check the efficiency of the production process to meet standards.
6.Supervise the work of subordinates according to the plan. Develop the potential of employees to be higher.
7.Summarize daily reports and reports to Sub ordinate.
8.Other as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male or Female
- Age 30–38 Years Old.
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- Experienced in manufacturing Printed Circuit Boards for at least 5 years up
- Leadership, teamwork, good communication skills.
- Able to communicate in Chinese or English.
- Experienced and pass the ISO 9001, 14001, IATF16949
