Job Descriptions

- Develop safety plans, projects, preventive measures, and inspection procedures to ensure compliance with occupational safety laws and regulations. - Prepare and maintain documentation related to safety operations in accordance with legal and company standards. - Conduct safety training sessions for employees, and plan & coordinate fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises. - Inspect work procedures to ensure alignment with safety standards and best practices. - Organize and conduct the monthly Safety Committee (Korpor) meetings. - Survey and identify potential hazards in the workplace; perform risk assessments and corrective actions. - Investigate accidents and incidents; report findings to the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Department Head. - Create safety communication materials such as manuals, signage, and instructional content for workplace awareness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Willing and able to work night shifts or rotating shifts.
Candidates eligible to be registered as a Professional Safety Officer (per Thai regulations) will be given priority.
Good communication and Service mind.
Experience in firefighting or fire safety training is highly preferred.
Good understanding of Thai occupational safety laws and ISO safety standards.
Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
