Job Descriptions

1.Lead the analysis and investigation of abnormal quality issues occurring during the process and conducting improvement. 2.Track customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis, proposing improvement measures. 3.Track and control the implementation of design changes and the analysis of abnormal situations. 4.Monitor the production process, CTQ and review control plans, SOPs, etc. 5.Participate in new product trials and provide suggestions and opinions on the new product production process. 6.Optimize unclear or unreasonable aspects of production process standards. 7.Cooperate with customer in conducting production process investigations and confirming data monitoring. 8.Discuss and improve non-conforming items in IPQC skills training and inspections. 9.Compile weekly/monthly reports and other materials, perform other tasks assigned by superiors and cooperate with other relevant parties. 10.Working days: Monday to Saturday

Qualifications

Male-Female, graduated with a high vocational certificate in electrical engineering.
Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Engineer.
Good knowledge and hands on experience on process improvement tools i.e. lean manufacturing, six-sigma system, Kaizen, ISO, etc.
Able to communicate in English or Chinese will be must.
Able to co-ordinates with supporting functions for the achievement of production as planned and work under high pressure and good attitude Excellent communicate skills, good human skills.
Familiar with the five major quality tools and seven major techniques.
