1.จัดเตรียมวัตถุดิบและกำลังคนให้พร้อมสำหรับงานผลิตประจำวัน 2.ควบคุมการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผน แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ หรือรายงานปัญหาผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อร่วมกันแก้ไขปัญหา 3.จัดการผลิตสินค้าและส่งมอบสินค้าตรงเวลาที่กำหนด 4.จัดการ ควบคุมพนักงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาตามหน้างานให้เหมาะสม 5.จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน เช่น ผลการผลิต ปัญหาทีเกิดขึ้น ต้นทุนการผลิต และการส่งมอบสินค้าตรงเวลา 1.Prepare raw materials and manpower for daily production activities. 2.Supervise production to follow the plan, resolve immediate issues, or report problems to supervisors for joint resolution. 3.Manage product manufacturing and ensure timely delivery. 4.Manage and supervise subordinates appropriately according to the job site. 5.Prepare daily reports, such as production results, issues encountered, production costs, and on-time delivery performance.
