- สามารถปฏิบัติงานตามกะเวลาที่กำหนดได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานปรับปรุงบ้าน, ตกแต่ง หรือ ก่อสร้างที่พักอาศัยอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะในการนำเสนอขายสินค้าที่เกี่ยวกับการปรับปรุง, ซ่อมแซม หรือตกแต่งบ้านได้
