Job Descriptions
•Process analysis, Improvement planning, and implementation as a leader
•Visualization issues and promoting the improvement plan.
•Create proposal of specifications for equipment that needs to improve.
•In charge of improve process trouble in production line
•Analyze and improve to increase the efficiency of the machine.
•Prepare production report documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electronics Engineer.
- over 7 years’ experience of Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Improvement Engineer
- Experience in using IE methods is a plus
- Have knowledge in Productivity, OEE Improvement Skill, Coaching and communication skills
- Analytical thinking, Improvement or problem solving skills.
- Management experience is required
- Good command of English.
