Job Descriptions• Sponsible for sales support by connecting between customers / personal assistant and the sales assistants from each brand to make the sales happen.
• Ensure that customer will receive great experience and promotion benefits as agreed.
• Follow-up with the delivery after purchased.
• Responsible for providing customer support and information via live chat within SLA
• Support Snap & Collect campaign within SLA - Classify each receipt to make decision whether the receipt can or cannot proceed with spending collection or not
Qualifications - • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business & Management, Marketing, E-commerce, Communication, or related fields
- • Able to work on shift basis (working hours 10.00-19.00 and 11.00-20.00)
- • Excellent typing and spelling skill
- • Comfortable to work as a team
- • Good attitude, adaptive to changes
- • New graduate are welcome
