จำนวน : 1 อัตรา สถานที่ทำงาน : ถนนรัชดาภิเษก แขวงห้วยขวาง เขตห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพฯ 10310 (MRT ศูนย์วัฒนธรรม) Job Description: • Monitoring on Network. • Serve as the first point of contact for Customer’s Network, SD-WAN, Voice issues over the phone, email. • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. • Create, Update, Follow up, and Close Ticket. • Basic troubleshooting or verify issues and forward Ticket to the related team with necessary information. • Cooperate with related patties to resolve issues. • End day batch job and summarize Fault Report Daily, Weekly, and Monthly. • Standby on call 24x7 rotate 2 shift Noted : ค่า Standby on call 24x7 วันละ 100 บาท ไม่มี Bonus วันเวลาทำงาน : ทำงานจันทร์ - ศุกร์ Office time 08.30-17.30 น. สวัสดิการ • ประกันสังคม • ประกันกลุ่ม • ตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี • ชุดยูนิฟอร์ม • วันลาพักร้อน 6 วัน

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and related fields.
Male Age 23-30 years.
Be familiar with the Ticket process, Networking technology, SD-WAN.
Good customer service mind and customer relationship creation.
At least 1 Month experience in NOC, Servicedesk, or related function is an advantage.
