Job Descriptions• Update customers in a timely quality development schedule and status of quality issues or any requests.
• Support customer activity about quality requirements and audit process including document issues etc.
• Coordinate with team to discuss quality issues raised by customers.
• Manage control issue the quality document when required.
• Cooperate, Conduct&Report the product defect report, CAR reply.
• Checks customer specific for quality and related.
• Informs Customer Quality Manager of affecting quality.
• Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations of quality issues.
• Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers.
• Prepares for and presents information during quality related meetings with the customers.
Qualifications - Good command of English/Chinese language.
- Good knowledge of 8D report, Statistical Process Control, QC 7 tools, Quality Inspection.
- Service mind, Good attitude, Positive thinking with the ability to work as a team.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, strong ability to act, and be able to take the initiative to plan, take the initiative to carry out work and report.
