Job Descriptions

•Coordinate and schedule production workflow for one or multiple products •To provide production plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay, to achieve OTIF targets. •Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff •Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production. •Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability. •Analysis of short term and long term production capacity requirements for all manufacturing departments for S&Op process. • •Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to supervisors in a timely manner. •Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules. •Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.) •Prepare and submit status and performance reports •Keep paperwork organized

Qualifications

Good command of English both speaking and writing and communication skill
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Information
Proven experience as production planner or working experience more than 3 years in related field
Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
Experience in MRP (Manufacturing resource planning) and MPS
Good with Microsoft office such as Excel, Power point, World, and ERP systems
Good at math and statistics
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication abilities
Basic concepts of Supply Chain
Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software.
