• Regularly update and publish content across all platforms accurately, promptly, and in line with current trends.
• Write engaging, concise, and brand-consistent captions that effectively communicate key messages.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends and topics to apply them creatively in content or campaigns.
• Monitor comments and messages from followers, respond professionally, and handle potential issues or online drama tactfully.
• Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and relevant teams to produce high-quality social media content.
• Track and report performance metrics of each platform and provide suggestions for improvement or optimization.
