Job Descriptions
1. Provide inspection activity for process & product control throughout production cycle.
2. Ensure that the quality control inspection is carried out as scheduled and closely monitored the results to control deviation from specification in all steps of processing during operation, including conduct verification to ensure proper process control.
3. Responsible for developing and maintain calibration program for all quality inspection and measuring tools/equipment.
4. Data collection and trend analysis of raw material receiving, swab and microbiological of finished product for quality improvement.
5. Investigate and report quality incidents and non-conformances related to quality system audit/handle complaint & quality issues.
6. Follow-up and monitor effectiveness of corrective actions/preventive actions according corrective and preventive action procedure and continuous improvement.
7. Work closely with production team to ensure that all quality assurance follow company procedure and prepare facilities line for supporting audit.
8. Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
9. Targeting Plan and work in accordance with the KPI.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor degree in Food Science or related field.
- Minimum 8 years work experience in QA/QC within a food manufacturing.
- Work experience with Chicken Further Processing.
- Can work night shift
- Work 6 days/week
