Job Descriptions
1.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอกและภายใน เช่น ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ , ฝ่ายบัญชี , สาขาของแบรนด์ , ศูนย์การค้า , Supplier ฯลฯ
2.จัดทำและเรียบเรียงเอกสารภายในหน่วยงานการตลาด เช่น เอกสารการสั่งซื้อ , เอกสารจัดทำงบประมาณ , เอกสารสัญญา ฯลฯ
3.จัดทำข้อมูลในสื่อออนไลน์ เช่น ข้อมูลการใช้ระบบจาก Third Party
4.ตรวจสอบและเช็คข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องของรูปภาพ ราคาและชื่อเมนูของ Delivery Appication
5.จัดทำข้อมูลสรุปการทำงานและเรียบเรียงการทำงานทั้งหมดของภายในหน่วยงานการตลาด เช่น Delivery Report , Sales Report
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 23 - 30 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับ ปริญญาตรี ( ไม่จำกัดสาขา )
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่อง Microsoft word,Excel,power Point
- มีความสามารถในการใช้สื่อ โซเซียล มีเดีย (Facebook,Instagram,Twitter,Tiktok,line)
