Job Descriptions

- Receive and arrange export bookings from exporters and overseas agents. - Keep exporters and importers fully updated at all times. - Receive pre-alert and documents from overseas agents. - Keep importers continually updated on the status of their shipments. - To be the contact point for monitoring import/export shipments. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer service Manager. - Update the status of trucks to customers on the TMS system. -Plan and administer daily delivery process with the Drivers, customer service team to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely and safe manner. - Enter information Ex. Driver name, License in TMS system. - Monitoring GPS, Drivers. - Check the availability of trucks before starting work. - Other as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and any field.
Male & Female, age 25 - 35 years
Computer Literate, Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet use.
A commitment to excellent customer service
Export and Import Freight Forwarding experience and an active interest in learning more about the business.
Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to details. Strong negotiation skills very important.
Strong negotiation skill, analytical thinking and senses of urgency, and strong leadership.
Fresh graduate are welcome.
