Recruiting employee [ 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 ] FIXIFOOT Chiang Mai - Custom Made Insoles 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 5 days in a week Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 (break 1 hour) 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬: Salary 20,000 per month (during 3-month probation) Salary 25,000 per month (after 3-month probation) Social security (SSO) Paid holidays 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Regus at Icon Park Chiang Mai 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬: - Basic accounting - Going to offices (bank, tax revenue department, accounting office, immigration, government agency ... etc.) - Scheduling appointments and sending reminders - Editing reports, documents and keeping records - Purchasing office/shop supplies, delivering products to shopping malls - Contact with customers/suppliers - Translate (No need to be formal) - Running errands as needed
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality
  2. Good communication skills in English (You'll be working with English speakers most of the time)
  3. Experience in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint … etc.)
  4. Typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
  5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  6. No limit to gender, age between 22-45
  7. Must have a motorbike license, having a car license is a plus
  8. 1 year contract minimum
