Job Descriptions

· Monitor, report, and update inventory levels of raw materials, parts, and supplies to align with production needs. · Order materials based on production plans and current inventory levels, ensuring timely placement of orders. · Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring materials meet quality standards and proper documentation is processed. · Manage material storage areas, ensuring easy access and adherence to the First In-First Out (FIFO) system. · Coordinate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials, following up on any delays or discrepancies. · Maintain accurate records of materials received, stored, and issued, and ensure up-to-date inventory documentation. · Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to forecast material needs and maintain adequate stock levels. · Identify and resolve discrepancies in material inventory, shipments, or stock levels. · Develop and maintain an efficient labeling and tracking system for easy material identification. · Prepare and issue material requisitions for timely availability of materials for production. · Prepare documentation related to inventory, work orders, and - reports such as daily/weekly/monthly reports to the supervisor and input & maintain data in the ERP system.

Qualifications

Male-Female, graduated with a high vocational certificate in any filed
Knowledge and Experience in Inventory Management minimum 1-2 years
Able to work under high pressure and good attitude
If able to communicate in English or Chinese will be an advantage
Ability to forecast material needs based on production plans and manage stock levels.
Able to collaborating with production, purchasing teams, and resolving any shipment or inventory discrepancies.
Able to understanding processes like ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing materials, with ERP system proficiency.
Able to identifying and addressing discrepancies in inventory or shipments efficiently.
