Job Descriptions
Position Staff-A: 2 Position Job Description: 1. Milestone control for supporting new model Developing new model, Design processes follow up problem summary by event. 2.Make a report to the supervisor up and attend work meetings Follow up and coordinate with various parties Related packing standard. Desing documentation process flow chart, FMEA, Control plan, PPAP support customer requirements (Daikin Datamart) (To make the documents for submitting clients) Staff-A 1 Position: Job Description 1.Develop New PCB designs panel within the capabilities of the contract manufacturers and incorporate cost saving measures. 2.EQ PCB manage document control of all the PCB development work, in accordance with company standards and good design practices. 3. EQ PCB engineers ensure that designs conform to standards and specifications. Technician 2 Positions: Job Description 1.Make machine program support new model production MI Process PCB router M/C, Robot Soldering M/C, coating M/C Selective M/C, Wave soldering M/C, Mini dip soldering M/C 2.Make Design tooling for new model, Tooling jig, Dip pallet coating jig Rourte jig fixture etc. 3.Improvement report to supervisor up. Summary data and test result report to supervisor Up. 4.Support makes new program (New Model) machines SMT and AI Process. - Screen Printing, Chip Mounter, Reflow soldering M/C, Axial Machine and radial Machine. - Program for feeder list, reflow profile standard and make SOP for machine. 2. Support report machine efficiency, OEE-Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Improvement report to Sr. tech or Supervisor up. 3. Support Improvement report, summary data and M/C test result report to Senior Technician or Supervisor up.
Qualifications
  1. Male , Female / Age 25 - 35 Years old
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in statistic or related field & Electronic , Electrician
  3. Basic knowledge electronics component, PCB Assembly process and have experience 1-3 years as Electronic industrial.
  4. Knowledge ISO9001/IATF16949 and ISO 14001.
  5. Can use Microsoft office program, fair communication by speak, Writing in English.
  6. Can use program CAM 350, Basic Auto CAD or 3D CAD Etc.
  7. Knowledge and ability related with process of PCBA.
