Job Descriptions
- key export/import entry document for shipment
- arrange delivery after clearance is done
- communicate with customers and vendors for shipment issues
- liaise with various government authorities for import or export permission
- close jobs after all expenses are finalized
- experienced in FDA application process
- liaise with 19BIS department to do reporting
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in shipping industry
- Must be University graduate
- Preferably age between 22 - 35 years old
- Able to use Computer, MS word, Excel, ppt and emails
- Speaks well, positive thinking, customer oriented
- Willing to learn, hardworking, and work smart
- Knowledge of Shipping industry and incoterms would be preferred
- Salary package will differ according to the experience of candidate
