Job Descriptions

1.Coordinator and responsibility with customer to quality product for response customer satisfaction. 2.Understand purpose and awarness of customer service. 3.Act as a liaison between customers and production, quality, and engineering departments to resolve issues and meet customer needs. 4.Analyze and resolve technical problems that arise with products. 5.Receive and analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and develop solutions. 6.Plan and conduct regular customer visits to build relationships and verify product usage.

Qualifications

Male or Femal age 25-35 Year Old.
Bachelor's degree major in Mechanical, Automotive or similar industry.
3 years or above of experience quality customer service.
Have a basic knowledge of quality responsibility about the Non-conforming product is the Identification, Containment or Sorting, Traceability, and management of NC product.
Can quickly management and fast response go to customer on-site (Samutprakarn) when found quality problem issue at customer.
Good coordination, communication and actively negotiate and establish trust with customer.
Regular communication window between customer in Thailand and work with Chinese and Thailand factory.
Have a strong sense of responsibility and hard-working spirit and can work under pressure.
Good understand customer quality requirement and support to customer satisfaction.
Understand the risk management and impact of quality cost when the customers have a quality claim and complain.
Understand quality control system and quality assureance system.
Good communication English and Thai for contact directly with customer.
The attitude must be positive thinking.
