Job Descriptions
1.ติดตามน้ำหนักการส่งสินค้า 3 สาขา (สมุทรสาคร , ชลบุรี , ปราจีน )
2.ลงสมุดเล่มออก เเละ สมุดลูกหนี้รายตัว
3.ออกใบกำกับภาษีขาย,ใบเพิ่มหนี้ , ใบลดหนี้ , ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
4.วางบิล
5.จัดทำรายงานการตัด Order ส่งสินค้าทุกวัน
6.จัดทำรายงานการรับชำระเงินสินค้า
7.จัดทำใบสำคัญรับ
8.คำณวนค่าตอบเเทนแทนนายหน้าขายสินค้าให้บริษัทฯ
9.ส่งเอกสารต้นฉบับให้ลูกค้าทางไปรษณีย์
10.บันทึกบัญชีใบสำคัญรับค่าสินค้าในโปรแกรม Bplus
11.บันทึกข้อมูลการรับคชำระในโปรแกรม Express
12.งานอื่นๆตามผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 22-30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปวส.หรือปริญาญาตรี สาขาบัญชีหรือขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ใช้ Microsoft office ได้
