ต้อนรับลูกค้าที่มาติดต่อได้
ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนในการลงทะเบียน
ดูแลการจองห้องพัก / Check in – Check out ของลูกค้าที่มาเข้าพัก
รับOrder อาหารจากลูกค้า
รับโทรศัพท์ / ตรวจเช็ค E-mail / IG / FB ช่องทางต่างๆ
มีหน้าที่ดูแลเรื่องการจองห้องพักของลูกค้า
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน และบริษัทฯ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ให้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับองค์กรแก่ผู้มาติดต่อสอบถาม
เก็บค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจากลูกค้า
ทำงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- เพศชาย / หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส และรักงานบริการ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับ ม.6 หรือ ปวช. เป็นต้นไป
- ใช้Word,Excel ได้
- พร้อมที่จะพัฒนา มองโลกในแง่บวก
