【IPQC Engineer】 1. Shipping inspection (dimensional measurement, appearance inspection) 2. Reliability inspection and analysis 3. Preparation of shipping report 4. Shipment audit 5. Final inspection/OQC visual inspection personnel training and assessment certification. 6. Outsourcer assessment and certification. 7. Customer in-factory/outside inspection correspondence. **PCB related experience is preferred 【IPQC Technician】 1. Inspect the production process in-line, such as solder mask coating, etching, plating, and drilling. 2. Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), conduct patrol inspections, and monitor process parameters. 3. Manage WIP (Work in Process) segregation, such as inspection areas and areas for non-conforming products. 4. Experience in microsection or cross-section analysis will be an advantage.

Qualifications

Gender: Not limited. Age: 22–38 years old. Minimum education: High school (M.6) or higher. A bachelor's degree in Electronics, Chemistry, or Materials Science will be given special consideration.
At least 1 year of experience in QC/QA in a PCB manufacturing factory.
Able to use measuring instruments such as micrometer, microscope, caliper, and coating thickness gauge.
Able to read technical drawings and the IPC-A-610 standard. Basic English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
Knowledge of the 7 QC Tools, 5S principles, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) prevention, and understanding of the PCB manufacturing process.
Able to use MES systems, such as ERP and document control systems.
Having CQI/IRCA certification or training in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 will be an advantage.
Physically fit; able to stand or walk for long periods.
Able to work in shifts (some positions may have Saturday or Sunday off depending on the work area).
