Production Pharmacist (Sterile)

Job Descriptions
1. Production
1.1 Coordinate with POP to ensure timely production of sterile products.
1.2 Verify correctness of materials (name, code, batch, weight).
1.3 Plan, assign, and adjust production schedules.
1.4 Monitor production and cleanliness to ensure compliance.
1.5 Maintain security and storage conditions for in‑process products.
1.6 Complete manufacturing records and send to QA.
1.7 Minimize labor time through effective scheduling and staffing.
1.8 Account for material usage and labor on every order.
1.9 Monitor daily production performance.
1.10 Train staff for multi‑skill and cross‑function efficiency.
1.11 Support staff in sharing ideas for improvement.
1.12 Prepare and oversee trial batch manufacturing.
1.13 Report process and equipment improvements or issues to managers.
2. Coordination
2.1 Work with Warehouse for raw material issuance.
2.2 Coordinate with QA for bulk release.
2.3 Assist packaging supervisors with delivery scheduling.
2.4 Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Services, and QA for equipment and process validations.
2.5 Coordinate with Engineering for preventive maintenance.
3. Management
3.1 Enforce company policies, including discipline, safety, and security.
3.2 Train new staff and maintain training records.
3.3 Recommend hiring, suspension, or dismissal as required.
3.4 Perform other duties as assigned by management.
4. Special Function
Help in preparing specifications and justification for new equipment requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
- 0-2 years experienced in production line , prefer in cosmetics , pharmaceutical and food industry
- Able to work night shift if neccessary
- Have people skill
