Press Engineer 1 position Responsibilities: 1.Lauch project new model (Customers). 2.Join meeting with Topre for SE Activity (Ex. Study stamping process / share idea to improve from forming simulation / study cutting layout OK or NG. 3.Presentation to customer about technical stamping and die process. 4.Prepare die specification for order die. 5.Check die lay out / die drawing / FM/ DYN & STC / L/T / LVPT / HVPT. 6.Share idea and discuss with die maker. 7.Control schedule for achieve project report to top management and control die maker (target 3 Months → 1 year). 8.Follow Die improve for Assembly feedback and customer review. SE 1 position. Responsibilities: 1.Launch a new model project. 2.Work and share idea with Topre Japan for SE activities (e.g. Study stamping process, share idea to improve from forming simulation, study cutting lay out and making decision to accept or reject, share idea about spot welding, CO2 welding condition, setting Jig, POKAYOKE part. 3.Present to customers will cover the technical stamping process, die and jig design, as well as welding concepts.

Qualifications

Age 27-30
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Tool and Die engineering.
Have 3-5 years' experience in automotive manufacturing.
Have knowledge and experience in forming press, stamping, die.
Have experience in customer contacting-Automotive OEM.
Have knowledge and experience in stamping process and die checking and studying.
Have knowledge and experience in forming simulation of press.
Have knowledge and experience in stamping process cost.
Have knowledge program 2D/3D (Auto CAD/CAD Maister and CATIA program), AutoForm/ J Stamp
