Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการบันทึกบัญชีด้าน AP รวมถึงควบคุมความครบถ้วนของเอกสารตั้งหนี้ ในระบบก่อนปิดบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการบันทึกบัญชีด้าน AR รวมถึงควบคุมดูแลและการติดตามลูกหนี้
- ดูแลและตรวจสอบ รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับสินค้าคงเหลือ และ ทรัพย์สินของบริษัทฯ
- จัดทำรายงาน AP /AR Aging ประจำเดือน
- จัดเก็บข้อมูลรายการระหว่างกัน กับบริษัทในเครือ ประจำเดือนเพื่อประกอบการปิดบัญชี
- จัดเก็บข้อมูลสำหรับทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบ ประจำเดือน
- ให้คำแนะนำดูแลน้องในทีม
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ในทำงานด้านบัญชีและการเงินไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
- มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการและสอนงานทีมงานได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Express ได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ดี
- มีความเป็นผู้นำ ละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ ความรับผิดชอบทำงานในสภาวะกดดันได้
- สามารถสื่อสาร ภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีน ได้ดี
