Job Descriptions
1. 60% Manufacturing Calculate and evaluate equipment investment and flow design for new products. Studying the labor time, make standardization and preparing working instructions. Leading to make PFMEA and updating timely and accordingly. Leading pilot run, evaluating required facility, process improvement, follow up anything and to be sure pilot succeed. Responsible for installing, testing and signing off the assembly line and equipment. Process flow study and continue improvement. Reporting to manager and abnormity feed back 2. 30% To solve problems in the production line. 3. 10% others。 Other tasks the Line Manager orders. Coordinate with other depts.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above with mechanical engineering or a related specialty.
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in related process technology(2 year experience in wire harness industry). the ability to solve problems and manage a team.
  3. Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
  4. The background of engineering technology.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
  6. Excellent team player.
  7. Working under pressure.
  8. IATF16949，ISO9001, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP training certificate.
  9. Thai nationality.
