Job Descriptions
Restaurant Manager in Role, Function and Responsibilities;
1) Must have knowledge of food & beverage products.
2) Ability to manage a restaurants and bars.
3) Ability to manage restaurant manager
4) Set standard of each branch.
5) Organize, Direct and Evaluate food and beverage service.
6) Must be able to prepare/check cost control.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, age between 25-40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
- Pre-Opening knowledge
- Previous experience of running an outlet for at least 5 years
- Strong leadership, coaching motivation, interpersonal & coordination, good problem-solving skill and conflict management skill.
- Good command of English. and computer literacy.
- Good personality with excellent communication and strong service-minded
