Assistant Restaurant Manager in Role, Function and Responsibilities;
1) Must have knowledge of food & beverage products.
2) Ability to manage a restaurants and bars.
3) Ability to manage restaurant manager
4) Set standard of each branch.
5) Organize, Direct and Evaluate food and beverage service.
6) Must be able to prepare/check cost control.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in direct field.
- Leadership Skills.
- Flexibility, Adaptability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good organization skills.
