Job Descriptions

core Roles & Responsibilities: • Define brand strategy and annual operating plan development for assigned brand • Lead new product development including concept, prototype, functional test, and financial analysis by providing project management and leadership • Translate consumer and market insight into winning concepts • Lead new market entry strategy and execute action plans by working with sales and overseas distributors • Partner with communication and media agency to develop IMC plans for multiple markets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or related field
Proven working experience at least 5 years in Global/Regional Brand Marketing especially in new product development in Fashion
Strong management skill in problem-solving & decision-making, initiative, analytical & proactive thinking, positive attitude, result-orientation, interpersonal skill, presentation and organizational skill
Result-driven, innovative, and passionate
Fluency in Thai and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related data & statistical programs
