Job Descriptions

1. Responsible for overall HR functions, recruitment, training, HRD, compensation & benefits and other related fields 2. Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for company 3. Coach team member to run both recruitment operation and project activities properly and effectively Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews 4. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations 5. Internal communication concern with GA issues to all employees, Public board arrangement and information sharing 6. Prepare report and support management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Public Administration or related field.
At least 7 years experiences in Human Resource functions in Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing fields
Has management experience is preferred
Good command of English
Computer literacy (MS Office)
